What is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, lost or stolen jewelry, scratches, dents, discoloration, or damage caused by improper care or unauthorized repairs. Damage resulting from misuse or modifications performed by another jeweler is also excluded from warranty coverage.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

To start a warranty claim, simply contact our customer support team with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the jewelry. Our specialists will review your request and provide instructions if the item qualifies for warranty service.

How long does the repair process take?

Most warranty repairs are completed within 2–4 weeks after we receive and inspect your jewelry. Repair times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue, but our team will keep you informed throughout the process.
